The Office of the Registrar is located in Borough Hall in the Clerk’s Office. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., excluding holidays.

For marriage licenses:

         At least one party must reside in Buena Borough.

The fee is $28.00. We accept check (made out to Borough of Buena) or cash (exact change please).

You must bring at least one witness with you.

All parties must provide a current photo ID.

Please complete the marriage linked on this page as a fillable form, print, and bring with you. Do not sign the application. Signatures must be done in the presence of the Registrar.

The license is issued after a 72-hour waiting period and expires 30 days once the waiting period lapses.
